Bob Vandenberg • Maybe you need to talk with their Union to see if they can provide any assistance. I would also look to get each employee assigned a contractor who is their "shadow", but obstensively is there to get their work done for them. They shouldn't be unhappy about that development. And anyone can be "side-lined" if you work hard enough at it.

On your Union point, no deal unless one of them is being fired. To “shadow” means relationship building, contractors like it – employees do not.
